This is one of Schumacher’s best-loved designs, Chiang Mai Dragon was originally derived from an exuberant 1920′s Art Deco era block print. This new coloration adds a rich coffee colored ground to its colorful appearance.

This fanciful tree of life print has been adapted from a 1920′s block printed linen curtain panel discovered in a textile archive its colorful appearance and bold motifs have been softened through the use of gently distressed texture, printed on a soft tinted linen ground.
