Cancellation of an Order
While we understand sometimes you will need to cancel an order please note that cut fabrics and trims are placed once you place your order they are considered a special order as the merchandise is cut specifically for you. A 10% fee will apply to cancel any order once we have processed your order by credit card. If you have any questions please contact us prior to placing your order.
Commitment to Data Security
All personal information provided to Source 4 Interiors is kept secure. Only authorized employees, agents and contractors (who have agreed to keep information secure and confidential) have access to this information. All emails and newsletters from this site allow you to opt out of further mailings.

We collect personally identifiable information, like names, postal addresses, email addresses, etc., when voluntarily submitted by our visitors. The information you provide is used to fulfill you specific request. This information is only used to fulfill your specific request, unless you give us permission to use it in another manner, for example to add you to one of our mailing lists.

We may share information with governmental agencies or other companies assisting us in fraud prevention or investigation. We may do so when: (1) permitted or required by law; or, (2) trying to protect against or prevent actual or potential fraud or unauthorized transactions; or, (3) investigating fraud which has already taken place. We offer FREE shipping on most orders of fabrics when your order is $400.00 *Please note some manufacturers ship products from outside the US. Shipping will apply on any orders that shipped from outside the US. We will always advise at the time of the estimate if any shipping charges will apply. A shipping cost will be provided on minimum orders. Shipping will be advised at the time of order. For the most part our standard shipping rate for items is $15.95
Fabric Shipping Time
All items that are In-Stock ship within 1-2 business days and will arrive within Three to Five Business days once order is placed. In the event of a delay, we will notify you by email. Items that are sent directly from our suppliers may take longer, and if you order multiple items they might not arrive together. All products are sent UPS Ground Three to Five Day Delivery time. Additional shipping options are available at an additional cost please advise us when you order and we will get a quote for you.
Return Policy on Accessories
Once you place your order and receive your merchandise if for some reason you need to do a return we must be notified within 15 days of the date of the order. Please note that custom orders once they are placed are not eligible for return or exchange. Any merchandise shipped from outside the USA is non-returnable. Please do not ship back any merchandise to us without contacting us. Merchandise that does not have a RA number will be rejected and sent back to you at your expense. Once we receive your request and review the information we will forward you a Return Authorization Number by email this generally takes around 48 hours. All Accessories returned that are not defective are subject to a 45% Restocking fee. Please note we do not stock accessories such as pillows and rugs they are special orders and we understand in some cases you need to do a return but all accessories returned will be subject to a restocking fee of 45%. Return Policy is 30 days from date of order on all accessories.
If for any reason you need to do a return on your fabric or wallpaper order please contact us within 15 days of the date of the order. A standard Restocking fee of 45% will apply plus any shipping charges to return the merchandise back to the manufacturer. If you have any questions please contact us before you order so we can assist you. Please note on special orders or merchandise that is being made up for you directly is non-returnable. Any fabrics or wallpapers that are shipped to you from outside the US are non-returnable and cannot be cancelled once we facilitate the order. If you have any questions or concerns please contact us. Fabric & Wallpaper Returns
Please note any products that are special ordered or are shipped from outside the US will not be returnable such as overages for wallpaper or if you changed your mind on the product. Please request a Cutting for Approval on Fabrics or Wallpaper so you can see the product before you order. If you need assistance on measuring wallpaper or finding out information on the product please contact us and we will get that information to you.
All Thibaut Products are First Quality and special order. Thibaut provides a Manufacturers Guarantee from any defects. Any issues with this product you need to notify us within 15 days from the date of your order. When you receive your product please inspect it upon arrival if it is defective please call us 818-988-9732 and we will assist you with a return. Please call us first do not ship any product back as you have to have a Return Authorization Number. If you ship back to Thibaut without this number the packaged will be refused and returned to you at your expense. Please call us and we will assist you with any return. Please request a cutting for approval if you are not sure on an item. If you must do a return on a Thibaut wallpaper due to overage you must notify us within 15 days of the date of your order so we can process a return for you. If you need assistance in wallpaper measuring please call us we will help you figure out your exact measurements. Samples are available for on all Thibaut Products for a cost of $10/each so please inquire within. If for some reason you need to do a return on your Thibaut order please note a 45% restocking fee will apply.
When Damages Occur During Freight Delivery
While we do our utmost to ensure your items arrive in a timely manner and in perfect condition, there are some things that are beyond our control. Our freight carriers handle your pieces with great care but it is important to understand form time to time damages can occur. Our freight carriers handle your pieces with great care. If your piece arrives damaged, the freight company reserves the right to have the piece repaired and brought back to the manufacturer’s standards at their expense. They do this by sending the piece to a furniture medic or back to the manufacturer for a repair/rebuild. If the freight carrier determines the piece cannot be repaired, you have the right to be reimbursed for your purchase or have another piece rushed at no additional charge and shipped out to you as soon as possible.
Premium In-Home Delivery for Freight Items
In-home delivery is available throughout the United States for many of our large furniture items. Upon delivery, our shippers will unpack place these furnishings in the room of your choice they will remove all packaging material. Assembly service is not included. Each item is different so when you get ready to place your order let us request a quote so we can get the complete charges for you.
Curb Side Delivery (Outdoor Furnishings)
Brown Jordan, Gloster, Tropitone and any other manufacturer that provides outdoor furnishings offers standard curb side delivery will be quoted at time of order. If you need In-Home Delivery that is an additional cost and we can request a quote for you and provide the pricing on your estimate. These products can be delivered anywhere in the United States. Not including Alaska and Hawaii these states require special delivery additional charges will apply. If you need something shipped overseas you need to contact us and we will investigate and get back to you.
At this time we do not offer international shipping or Canada via our website but if you are in need of having a product shipped outside the US please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
Freight Shipping for Oversize Items
Furniture and large items often ship via freight carrier. Most carriers schedule deliveries Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Freight companies will contact you a few days prior to the delivery to schedule a delivery date and time frame (typically 2-4 hour blocks) that works for you. For standard freight delivery our shippers deliver furniture to your driveway. Premium in-home delivery is available if you would like the item placed inside the threshold of your home or in a particular room with all packing materials discarded. Freight items can be ONLY shipped within the 48 contiguous states.
If your scheduled appointment is missed, you will be charged a delivery trip fee. Please do not arrange for the item/items to be delivered when no one is home to receive them. Although our suppliers take great care in packaging their goods for shipping, damages may occur in transit. Furniture items must be carefully inspected BEFORE you sign for the delivery. If the furniture happens to arrive with any defects DO NOT sign for the items. Contact us immediately while the trucking company is there so that we may discuss the best way to handle the situation. If you are not able to get in contact with us, please either refuse the delivery or note the damages and status of the packaging materials on the bill of lading before signing for the delivery. Source 4 Interiors will be unable to assist you in the replacement of damaged goods or reimbursement if the above procedures are not followed.
If you need to reschedule the delivery with our carrier, please contact them as soon as possible so as not to incur any charges for missed delivery appointments.
As noted on each of the products, some furniture is only available to ship Standard. Furniture assembly is not included, but may be available if it is arranged before order is placed. Please contact our customer service department before placing your order should you need special delivery arrangements or furniture assembly for a fee if possible.
Freight Shipping notes regarding Delivery Times
You can find a reasonable estimate of the delivery time specified on every product page. It is important to note that this is an estimated shipping time and can not be guaranteed by Source 4 Interiors. Occasionally issues arise that are beyond our control that may lead to additional production time, such as our manufacturers experiencing a backup in production or weather conditions. If this is the case you will be alerted as soon as we are made aware of the situation.
It is important to note that once a piece leaves our manufacturer’s facility, the remaining shipping time is beyond our control. Source 4 Interiors functions as a liaison to ensure merchandise is transported safely to you, and although this process most often proceeds smoothly, delays and damages may be caused by the freight company. Source 4 Interiors will do our absolute best to assist in getting your furniture to you in a timely manner and in good condition and will notify you immediately if we are made aware of any expected delays or problems. It is essential that you inspect all freight shipped items very carefully and DO NOT sign for your piece if you suspect any damage.
